At BHBD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your BHBD account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused beauty products in their original box, ensuring all protective seals and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
